To unzip the file, you will need the WinZip™ software or some other free software (that has the ability to unzip .zip files) which you can obtain for free from the sites of the companies that created them or at some other site dedicated to shareware.
In order to set up the wallpaper on your computer, right click an empty spot on your desktop to open "Display Properties" panel. Select the "Desktop" field. Click on the "Browse" button and look for the recently downloaded wallpaper of appropriate size on your hard disk (you can find out the current resolution of your screen by clicking on the "Settings" field in the same panel).
